Commonly Asked Shipping Questions

  • Yes, due to U.S customs and import processing of supplies, sometimes the processing times may be a bit longer

Are City Rhythm fragrances IFRA compliant?

  • All of our fragrances are IFRA compliant and no animal testing is done. We are not 100% vegan because some synthetics have to be used in order to protect many organic compounds from being over sourced and/or sourced unethically. Therefore having a mix of naturals and high quality synthetics is necessary

How long are processing times?

  • We ask that you please allow us up to 8 business days of processing time for orders to ship. (Note, weekends are not business days and we do not operate on weekends)

  • In addition, keep in mind City Rhythm fragrances are blended, bottled, and boxed by hand, we are a SMALL TEAM and ship as fast as we can so please be considerate

Is there a way to customize the Discovery Set?

  • No, the discovery sets are pre-made and we cannot accommodate certain requests to mix and match them any other way
